Broaden and Improve Human Relations
Hello, everybody. In Japan, it is necessary to always communicate with people at your workplace to make the job run smoothly and enjoyable.
- 1. Greet
Every morning, when you see a person in your workplace, greet them with [Ohayou gozaimasu!] and a smile. As much as possible, greet the people whom you pass by. As an adult, greeting people is a basic manner and a step to becoming a member of the company.
- 2. Express words of thanks and apology
When your superior or coworker helps you with a job, be sure to say [Arigatou gozaimasu] as thanks. In contrast, if you made a mistake at work, humbly accept it and apologize.
- 3. Let us actively listen to other people
In order to build relationships with the people in your workplace, not only do you need to speak, but listening is also essential. Oftentimes, opinions of people at work may differ from yours. In this case, it is still important to listen to the other person speaking until the end.
What do you think, everybody? Let us get in touch and get along with the people in the workplace.
