If you are a foreigner working in Japan, please do remember that Japan values time and punctuality seriously. Of course, each company has their own set of rules which the employees are expected to follow. Do take note that if you do not follow the rules of the company, you will be labeled as someone who is problematic even though you excel in doing your job.
