・Coming to work: avoid being late, and be always ready for the day’s work.

・When away from your seat: inform your co-workers about your destination and the time it will take to get there. Even if it is just for a short time, make it a habit to keep your desk clean by putting away your things such as documents and notes. Do not forget also to put back your chair inside your desk neatly.

・Leaving the office: Don’t forget to tidy up your desk or working area by putting away the things you used for today. Clock out and say “otsukaresama deshita”, “osaki ni shitsurei shimasu” to your colleagues before leaving the office.
