- The sooner you apologize, the better
If you make a mistake, it is advised to immediately apologize to the other person. In addition, if you are too late to report the mistake, your coworkers will see you as someone who does not report to his superior and they will gradually lose their trust in you.
- Express words of apology
When apologizing, do say it with sincerity. The basic principle is to start with an apology phrase such as[Moushiwake gozaimasen] or [Kono tabi wa makoto ni moushi wake gozaimasen], then bow. When you apologize, be sure to look at the other person’s eyes. Be careful not to overuse the same phrase many times.

In order not to make the same mistake again, let us make a concrete and specific plan. If you apologize and do not try to improve the situation, you will be seen as someone who just apologizes without outcome.
