  1. Posture and Behavior

・Standing posture: straighten your back. Pull up your chin, stomach in and chest out. Relax your shoulders and make sure the left and right sides are aligned with each other. Men: fingers released pointed downwards. Women: join both hands in front of the body, left hand in front of the other. Maintain a 30 to 60 degree angle distance between each foot.

Walking: straighten your back while walking. Tuck your chin in and stretch your knees naturally. Refrain from swaying shoulders and dragging your legs during walking. Balance the gravity to the center of your body and walk briskly.

・Sitting posture: keep your back straight, avoiding the backrest.

Men: knees open with a distance of about two fists, hands on top of your thighs

Women: knees close and aligned with each other, hands on top of each other and placed on the thighs.
