The careful use of language is one of the important part of work manners. Use of vague language will result you being judged as an immature worker. Always learn the proper language to use in order to communicate smoothly and be able to gain the trust of the people around you. In addition, it is a basic rule to always use honorifics among your co-workers and customers during work.
The most important factor to consider regarding language etiquette is that the other person must not feel uncomfortable during the conversation.
