In the workplace, arguments such as “You didn’t send me the report I wanted” or “I wanted to report but I haven’t finished yet” can cause stress to everyone. This can also be one of the causes of trouble.

5W1H is very useful for writing reports in matters such as this. If you can use 5W1H correctly, the sentences will be easy to understand, and you will be able to express what you want to convey accurately. So what does 5W1H mean? First of all, we will explain the meaning of 5W1H.

5W1H refers to the concepts of When, Where, Who, What, How, and Why. These are collectively referred to as abbreviations.
